It is our obligation to allow seamless, accessible and unhindered use for those with disabilities. This website was created by our designer and developer Jessica Oddi using Webflow. This layout was custom built following the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) as close as possible.
This website was tested by Jessica across main browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Opera and Microsoft Edge. They also tested for keyboard-only navigation and assistive tech including Apple VoiceOver, Microsoft Narrator and Android TalkBack.
In 2022, we updated our site for accessibility improvements. Which included clearer focus states on links using outlines. As well as reducing text block widths, for easier readability, now with an 80 character limit. Anchor links were also removed, or adjusted to use heading tags instead of sections.
Pause and Effect believes that accessibility is a continual service that must adapt over time. Accessibility involves going beyond compliance to adapt to the individual. We want to know how this website experience has been for you.
